I guess this is the high tech equivalent of "Do you want fries with that?". Or now that you have purchased this ipod - come over to the accessory aisle.. Can't blame someone for trying - but making mandatory is an issue. DELL have a setup fee on all servers that you must pay. SO far I have no idea what they are setting up and no one at Dell can explain it. It is a good 200 USD on a 2-3K server so a health 10 odd percent! Actually SUN so far is mot too bad.
